Mondrian is a contemporary, cutting edge building inspired by the Arts that will be located in the Arts District of Downtown Miami. The 18-story, 182 unit project, referred to as “Bohemian with a 21st century twist,” will encompass a poolside bar with service, Miami’s first co-ed spa and units with nicely defined spaces.
