The textured limestone walls translate into a thoughtful contrast against the minimal glass skin, suggesting the sand merging with the sea.

Finding inspiration in the architecture of the city, the Alton Road portion originated from ideas of its premier Miami Beach setting. This rectilinear grid stands as a modern aesthetic responding directly to its urban surroundings, dominated by steel, glass and concrete. With its classic lines, the building is inspired by the city's diversity portrayed through the mosaic of varied glass colors.

Apartments
